1. Widely used

2. Installation of the inflatable tent:

(1). Locate a clean, flat area that is free of hard obstructions, abrasive materials, and sharp objects. Lay the base protection fabric on the ground, then inflate the tent. During the process, you need to inflate every valve to make sure every part of the tent inflated. Every air column is not allowed to be twisted or cable ties, if the airflow is impeded in the column, you only need to pat it will be OK. When the columns are all up, several people can assist to expand it to setting it up into form.

(2). First inflation, the inflated pressure is not allowed to over 13.3kpa, and after all the columns stand up, and 5 minutes later, you can supply more air and enhance the pressure, but the highest pressure should not be over 17kpa. According to different environment and temperature, inflation pressure may be appropriate to increase or reduce in case of the bursting of the airbag.

(3). When setting up the columns, people should lift it up and take it to its right site, do not drag it on the ground.

(4). When setting the roof fabric, you should pull it slowly and gently, do not drag it in force. Every anchor, hook and other accessories are demanded to be connected tight and strong.

(5). Anchor Installation: Insert into the ground deeply to make sure the tightness, and the ground should be very solid.

(6). Inspect the tightness of the device, and make sure the difference of the points in 0.5%, then the tent can be put into use.

3. The maintenance of inflatable tent:

(1). Inflatable tent can not be near with sharp objects, in case of broken the air bag.

(2). Inflatable tent should be strictly used according to the Instruction, and follow the notes.

(3). In hot weather, the pressure in the tent should not be over the above mentioned standard, and check the pressure in time and properly deflate air when the pressure is too high. In cold weather, the tent should be properly replenishing air to add the pressure to make sure the normal use.

(4). The tent should not be close to fire and can not be used when the temperature is over 70℃ ( TPU material is not suggested to be used when the temperature is over 50℃)

4.  Repair of the inflatable tent:

(1). Found out the leak points where the airbag is broken

(2). Cut a piece of the same colored material as the broken airbag, and clean the surface of the material, may be polish in special circumstance.

(3). Before sticking the material on the broken part, make sure that the material and the around environment is clean.

(4). Brush the glue uniform and in same average, do not miss any part or pile the glue up.

(5). Be very careful to control the time for the glue to dry, you have to brush the glue for the second time until the first time brushed glue is totally dried, and then stick the material when the second time glue is totally dried.

(6). After the sticking, don’t use the products until 24 hours.

5.  Environmental requirements and precautions of inflatable tent:

(1). First of everything, fire prevention should be always pay attention.

(2). Sharp or hard objects are not allowed to be near tent.

(3). Anchors, zips and door curtains should be opened slowly, Forbidden tug or pull hardly.

(4). Environmental requirements: temperature range should be from -30℃ to 70℃

(5). Columns should not load over 15kg or hang over 5 kg

(6). Forbidden to contact acid items, like benzene, ketones and other organic solvents exposure

6.  How to use inflatable tent outdoor.

(1). Site selection: columns should be set up at relatively flat area, Entrances and exits should be back on air, the ground should be relatively dry, thin lawn will be the best if condition allowed, if the ground has slightly slope, the exits should be at the downhill, which is better for facilitating the drainage trench

(2). Support and fix: Fix the corners inside of the tent after spreading the tent,  make sure the bottom of the tent is fixed to the ground. If condition allowed, it is better to put a mat under the tent, which can protect the tent but also best for water proof. When come to the outside of the tent, reliable connection with the columns is very necessary and should specially pay attention on pulling the leash tight which will be better for rainproof. For the tent with skirt, it should be pressed by soft soil or sand, or by snow in Winter, in this way, it is better to wind resist. Ground nails should be fixed in an inclination angle by 35-45 degree appropriately, better to make the nails and the leash at 90 degree angle. Fix the anchors and make sure the tightness in order accordingly, for example: first left front corner, then right back corner, and right front corner, and left back corner.
