How to repair the damaged inflatable water toys

A: Repair needle eyes
If your water products are damaged by needles or similar small cone-shaped products, it’s very easy to repair.

1. Cover the inflating valve after deflating the products to reduce the recycling of the air inside the products.
2. Take out the glue from the repair kits, and drip glue to the needle eye.

3. If the needle eye is relatively large, put the toothpick dipped glue to the damaged needle eye, then smear the

needle eye with glue

4. Repaired, to inflate after 4 hours
B: To repair the cut or spoiled by high heating
1. Tighten the air value after deflating，eeduce gas flow within the product。
2. Cover the inflating valve after deflating the products to reduce the recycling of the air inside the products.
3. Take out the repair material to cut a suitable patch for the cut.
4. Smear the glue around the damaged cut, put the patch on it, then smear the side with glue.
5. Press the patch to assure there is no rip on the patch, to flat the patch with smooth heavy things.
6. To inflate after 8 hours, then repaired is done.
C： Lint repair
If there is lint broken in the inner layers, please repair as follows process
1. Clear the damaged space with clean water, and cut the thread ends.
2. Take out the patch to cover the damaged space, the patch can be a little bigger than the damaged one.
3. Smear the glue on the damaged space and patch; paste the edge to assure the total paste.
4. Press the patched space to level by smooth heavy things.
5. To inflate the products after 24 hours of pressing repaired.
